Wiltshire Horn Sheep are a hardy meat sheep with an ancient heritage which dates back to Roman times. It is a breed that survived simply because of its high quality meat. Small flocks were kept by English farmers for household use.

Although Wiltshire Horn sheep are still a relatively rare breed, we chose a sheep breed that is naturally self shedding and requires no shearing, dipping, crutching or mulesing making it possible to produce chemical free lamb.

Wiltshire lamb is naturally lower in fat than lamb from other breeds, is generally light in texture, fine grained and has an excellent flavour.

We have also achieved low food miles as our lambs only have a short drive to our local abattoir which is only ten minutes down the road.

New season Cypress Creek Wiltshire Lamb is available from September at the Boyanup Farmers Market in Boyanup which usually operates on the 4th Sunday of the month and the Peel Farmers Market in Pinjarra on the Saturday of the same weekend.

Individual cuts are available on a first come-first served basis. Be early or miss out.

Mint & Rosemary or Greek Sausages gourmet sausages are also available.
